It offers guidance for entire congregations to be more approachable to newcomers and identifies ways that churches can improve the integration of their new arrivals, such as setting up a Welcome Team. The course comes in three different parts: the course leader's manual; the course booklet; and the course DVD. The course leader's manual contains five interactive sessions; the course booklet is needed by all of the congregation and provides an overview of the course and each session; and the course DVD includes four sessions full of features and interviews.
