This work tells the story of the most amazing school trip ever - back to the beginning of the world! Thanks to an amazing time-travel device, Mr Coles and ten members of Class 9c ride in their customised school minibus/time machine to see how events from the book of Genesis might actually have taken place. The pupils wrestle with the implications of what they see, and discuss insights from their own different faith backgrounds. Even the most sceptical eventually admit that they have seen the power of God at work. Stories covered are: creation, the Fall, Cain and Abel, the Flood, as well as glimpses of Babel, Lot's escape from Sodom, Abraham and Isaac, Jacob and his sons.
